We have until tomorrow to carve the head. Probably more after that, but main shape and details should be done.
We were told to do all the global/overall shape finished, before starting on the details.
Then I started in the ears and the eyes.

Carving takes time when your not used to it.
It's a totally different approach then sculpting.
Subtracting instead of adding.

It is quite fun though. :)

"Hepatitten tei" is looking quite cool and dangerous. ;)
The moveable jaw and teeth works great.
The body is now also cut, so carving on it will start tomorrow.

I have picked out a few chisels to buy, and a piece of wood.
So I can get started on a tiny puppet...

There's a "portfolio night" tomorrow - and then 2 days off.
I need to fill this time with more the "tourist" stuff.
Now dinner.
